Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business email, optional mobile number, dealership name, and any other details you choose to provide. We record the messaging choices you make, the relevant disclosure and submission details. Our hosting and form providers may also process technical information, such as IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, arrange consultations, provide requested services and manage our relationship with your dealership. We may retain campaign-source information to understand how people reach us. Providing a phone number alone does not give consent to recurring text messages.
Service providers and mobile information
We use Cloudflare for website delivery and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for the inquiry form and contact management. Service providers may process necessary information to perform these functions on our behalf. We do not provide mobile information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional activities. Text-message opt-in records and consent are excluded from sharing for other purposes; necessary messaging delivery and support providers may process them only to provide our service.
Your SMS choices
You may independently choose service-related texts about your inquiry, consultation appointments and requested service updates, marketing texts about Dealer Services offers and service announcements, both, or neither. Both choices are optional and are not a condition of purchase. Frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Website technologies
Our hosting and embedded form use technologies needed to load, secure and operate the website and process inquiries. If you allow advertising measurement, we use Meta Pixel to measure page visits, time spent on the page and video engagement. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, page URL and advertising identifiers. If you separately allow inquiry conversion measurement in our form and have not declined website measurement, we use Meta Conversions API to report your submitted inquiry, including your name and email in hashed form, relevant advertising identifiers and technical information. Hashing supports matching and does not make information anonymous. We use this measurement to understand and improve our dealer advertising. We do not include mobile numbers, SMS consent records or your inquiry's free-text contents in advertising events. You can decline measurement without affecting your inquiry and change your website choice through Privacy choices. A supported Global Privacy Control signal disables advertising measurement. Retention and protection
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle inquiries, provide services, document communication choices and meet applicable obligations. We limit access to personnel and service providers who need it for those purposes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
