GOLF CART RESOURCE DEALER SERVICES
Terms of Service
Effective date
September 20, 2026.
Business identity and inquiries
Golf Cart Resource Dealer Services is operated by Ace the 19th Hole LLC. This website describes services for golf cart dealerships and lets you request a conversation. Contact info@golfcartresource.com for assistance.
Service agreements
These terms cover use of this website, dealer-services inquiries and optional text messaging. An inquiry does not purchase services or create a paid engagement. Any paid services are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timing, billing, ownership and cancellation. These website terms do not amend or replace an existing customer agreement. Results depend on your circumstances; this website does not guarantee sales or other business outcomes.
SMS eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our SMS program.
Optional text messaging
If you select the service-related SMS choice, Ace the 19th Hole LLC (Golf Cart Resource Dealer Services) may text you about your inquiry, consultation appointments and requested service updates. A separate marketing choice covers Dealer Services offers and service announcements. You may choose either, both or neither. SMS consent is not required to submit an inquiry or purchase services.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your inquiry, appointments, services and selected messaging choices. Your carrier may charge for messages and data, including messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider about your plan.
Opting out and assistance
Reply STOP to the number that sent the text to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; further program texts will stop. Reply HELP for assistance or email info@golfcartresource.com. If you later want to rejoin, provide a new affirmative opt-in through our form or the approved re-enrollment process. We will not treat a new inquiry alone as permission to override an opt-out.
Delivery and privacy
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile service availability and delivery may vary. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Use of this website
Provide accurate information and do not interfere with the website or misuse its forms. These website and messaging terms do not replace a separate signed service agreement. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
